**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 15-20+ shifts per month, 24-hour call only (no clinic)
- Patients per Day: 4-12
- Surgeries per Day: 3-6 inpatient surgeries across 3 hospitals (MCR, Poudre Valley, Greeley)
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active CO license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: 100% adult inpatient urology
- Required Procedures: General urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy
- Preferred Procedures: Nephrectomy
- Support: 10 urologists in the group; 5 APPs provide clinic and limited rounding support
- Setting: Hospital-only call, no outpatient clinic
- Special Notes: No IR coverage in Greeley on weekends

**Compensation**
