Job Description

Locums - A facility is seeking a Locums Nurse Practitioner to assist with an assignment at a rural health clinic about 2 hours west of Phoenix, Arizona. 

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Start ASAP for 3 months with possibility to extend
  • M-F 10x4s schedule, preferably Tues-Fri; no weekends, no call
  • Experience in rural health clinics required
  • Comfortable seeing all ages
  • Approx 15-20 ppd
  • EMR Meditech
  • Active AZ license, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Competitive hourly rate, malpractice included
