Job Details
Coverage type: Scheduled Clinical Hours (no call)
Schedule: 3 days/week (preferred: Mon–Wed; flexible)
Setting: Outpatient – Family Practice office
Patient volume: 12–16 per day (adults only)
Support staff: 1 NP, 1:1 MA per physician
In-house labs, no radiology
Procedures: Minor office procedures in 2 procedure rooms
EMR: Athena

Requirements
Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Board Eligible accepted for new grads)
Active Michigan license required
Active Michigan DEA required
ACLS and BLS (AHA) required
Clean background for expedited credentialing
Consistent availability at least 3 days/week (Mon–Wed preferred)
