• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 4:30 pm with no weekend or on-call requirements
• 4 - 5 home health patients per day
• Home health setting with 1:1 patient care model
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
• Recent hospice experience required
• New graduates and first-time travelers welcome

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $41.35 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
