**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP (credentialing 60–90 days; temp privileges possible in 45 days)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Full-time; assisting in surgery not required
- Patients per Day: 5–10
- Call Details: Not specified
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Board Certified PA-C **(surgical NP candidates considered)**
- Active OH license preferred **(Providers needing to obtain OH license considered, only if it can be acquired quickly)**
- ACLS
- COVID vaccination
- Cardiovascular thoracic surgery or critical care experience (no new grads)
**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Adult and geriatric cardiovascular surgical patients
- Typical Duties:
- Write prescriptions
- Coordinate care
- Round on patients
- Interpret and order tests
- Assist surgeon as needed (no conduit retrieval required)
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
