**Why This Role**
- Immediate need due to group discontinuing coverage
- Level I trauma center with consistent daily call needs
- Potential transition from locums to permanent placement
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/10/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24/7 call coverage, hospital-based only
- Patients per Day: Not specified
- Call Details: Daily call required
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (must be BC within 3 years post-training)
- Active OH license (will consider candidates willing to obtain)
- Active DEA
- BLS and ACLS
**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Hospital-based ENT coverage for adult patients (18+)
- Typical Procedures:
- Tracheotomy
- General hospital-based ENT procedures as needed
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
