**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (must be BC within 3 years post-training)
- Active OH license (will consider candidates willing to obtain)
- Active DEA
- BLS and ACLS

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Hospital-based ENT coverage for adult patients (18+)
- Typical Procedures:
- Tracheotomy
- General hospital-based ENT procedures as needed

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed (flights, hotel, rental car, mileage at IRS standard rate)
