Physician Primary Care Internal Medicine & Family Medicine

We are seeking a Primary Care Internal Medicine & Family Medicine Physician in Arlington, TX to provide comprehensive primary care in a value-based care setting.  This role involves treating adult patients 18+, managing chronic conditions, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Details:

• Specialties Considered: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine
• Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays
• Patient Load: Average of 15 patients per day
• Setting: Primary Care in a Value-Based Care Model

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care for acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and review patient history
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate their care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Active Texas Medical License
• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred)
• Proficiency in EHR systems and medical database software
