Advance Your Pulmonology Career in Big Sky Country. We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pulmonologist to join our growing health system in Great Falls, MT. Work alongside a supportive team including two experienced pulmonologists—one of whom provides critical care coverage and consultations—in a setting that values innovation, work-life balance, and outstanding patient care.
Position Highlights:
- General outpatient Pulmonology with opportunity to add Sleep Medicine if desired
- New bronchoscopy lab, with Bronchoscopy and EBUS capabilities
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Open to a 4-day, 10-hour work week
- Light, shared call schedule
- Robust internal referral network and quick access to subspecialty and emergent care
Hospital & Facility Features:
- Acute Care Hospital featuring:
- 36 inpatient beds
- 10-bed Open ICU
- 5 ORs + 4-OR Surgery Center with dedicated 5 observation beds
- 2 cath lab suites with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit
- 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by highly experienced team
- State-of-the-art diagnostics, imaging, and equipment
- Full complement of in-house referring specialties
- Modern, integrated EMR and clinical support systems

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Montana
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus but not required
