Position Details:

• 40–50 interventional procedures/month from day one—high-volume practice
• Hospital-employed model provides financial stability with full benefits
• Opportunity to buy into a physician-owned surgical hospital after just one year
• Succession plan in place – take over an established panel of patients and procedures

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $750,000 per year with additional RVU-based bonuses for uncapped earning potential

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Fellowship-trained and Board Eligible/Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Eligible for or in possession of a Texas medical license
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on interventional procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
