• Monday - Friday with flexible schedule: 4/10s or 5/8s available
• 5 - 7 patients per day
• Residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment facility
• Health screenings and medication management services
• Experience with MAT prescriptions preferred
• Adult population ages 18 - 70
• Provides consultation to substance use disorder staff
• BLS certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
