**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Clinic 8a–5p; 24-hour hospital call shifts
- Patients per Day: ~13–14
- Call Details: In-house, 8–12 hour call shifts include 2 gratis hours; 24-hour shifts include 4 gratis hours
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active MI license
- BLS and ACLS
- Clean background
- Willing to participate in locum-to-perm consideration

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in clinic and hospital settings
- Typical Procedures:
- Low and high-risk pregnancy management
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries (including VBACs, breech, and multiple births)
- Repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
- Office procedures: IUD, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, cystoscopy
- Surgical gynecology: open procedures
- Support: 2 physicians, 2.5 APP FTEs, 10 exam rooms, RNs, MAs, front desk staff

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
