- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8a–5p (option to work longer days to reach 40 hours)
- Patients per Day: ~14
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active WA license or IMLC
- BLS
- Must complete hospital privileges to order infusions
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Typical Responsibilities:
- Follow-ups and consults
- Infusion orders
- Continuity of care for existing panel
- Support: 2 RNs, 1 MA, and 5 office staff

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed (long-term housing capped at $3600/month, preapproval required)
