- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–3p
- Patients per Day: 7–20 surgical cases; 0–10 pain management cases
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- Board Certified CRNA
- Active MI license
- ACLS and BLS (AHA)
- Clean background
- Willingness to cover pediatric cases
- Local candidates highly preferred (travel providers considered if within $250/hr rate cap)

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Supervised CRNA practice in surgical center setting
- Typical Procedures:
- General surgical cases (adult and pediatric)
- General and IV sedation for plastics
- ENT, orthopedic, podiatry, and robotic surgery
- Locations: Majority at St. Clair Shores site, occasional shifts at Macomb site (no same-day travel required)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids (rate cap $250/hr inclusive of malpractice)
- Malpractice: Provided (must be included in rate)
- Travel: Mileage only (if approved)
