Primary Care Physician - Internal Medicine/Family Practice

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients in Tucson, AZ. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. We have a robust, value-based healthcare model that focuses on our patients and our relationships.

This FT position would work at either of our Stone and Speedway Clinic locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $232,506 - $348,758 plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.
• $20,000 Sign on Bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and provide medical care and treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Provide referrals based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.
• Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Ensure all patient information remains confidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
• Complete daily documentation in electronic medical records.
• Cover night calls as needed.
• Traditional hours M-F as full time

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree.
• Current, unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Arizona.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Active DEA license.
• For Health business unit positions, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
