Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine/Family Practice

Sign-on Bonus $20,000! We are seeking an experienced and dedicated physician to provide Internal Medicine/Family Practice services to patients in Apple Valley, CA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, promoting wellness, and supporting overall health through education and preventive measures. We have a robust, value-based healthcare model that focuses on our patients and our relationships.

 

This Full-Time position would be based out of our Apple Valey, CA clinic location.

 

Compensation & Benefits: $232,000 - 282,785, $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus full benefits package and annual incentive bonuses.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and provide medical care and treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
• Provide referrals based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Participate in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.
• Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Ensure all patient information remains confidential in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations.
• Complete daily documentation in electronic medical records.
• Cover night calls as needed.
• Traditional hours M-F as full time.

 

Requirements:

 

• MD or DO degree.
• Current, unrestricted medical licensure in the state of California.
• Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Active DEA license.
• For Health business unit positions, successful completion of a Tuberculosis test is required.
