Primary Care NP/PA working at a Behavioral Health and Treatment Facilities needed 20 Minutes West of Milwaukee, Wisconsin   

• Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Covering multiple locations for Inpatient Behavioral Health and Residential Treatment areas for Primary Care
• Full Time Perm position
• Schedule to be discussed in interview 
• Call is rotating and discussed with Medical Director 
• PPD on average is 10-12
• Licensed in Wisconsin 
• EMR - Cerner
• Salary (Negotiable – MGMA guidelines)
