Job Summary:

Lone Peak Hospital, part of MountainStar Healthcare and HCA Healthcare, is seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its growing orthopedic spine surgery team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care alongside a highly experienced spine surgeon in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinic visits including patient evaluations, follow-ups, and post-operative appointments
  • Assist with surgical procedures as credentialed and appropriate
  • Perform inpatient rounding, admissions, and discharges
  • Collaborate with the surgeon and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Provide patient education and coordinate care planning
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Utah licensure (or eligibility)
  • Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest in spine surgery are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
