- Mix of low- and high-risk pregnancy management

**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: TBD (post-credentialing)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: Two weekends per month (Fri–Sun); call ratio 1:4
- Patients per Day: Variable; ~4 nursery admits; ~5 GYN surgeries per day
- Beds: 34 L&D/Postpartum/Triage; 205 hospital beds
- Call Details: In-hospital call coverage; 90% focus on labor and delivery
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active OH license **(will consider providers needing OH license)**
- BLS and ACLS
- DEA

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low- and high-risk pregnancy care
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds, amniocentesis
- Vaginal delivery, low forceps, C-sections, VBACs, breech, multiples, abruptions, laceration repair
- Gynecology:
- Open surgical procedures
- Laparoscopic minor (tubal ligation, LOA, chromal tubation)
- Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA)
- Support: L&D nurses, midwives, 1 APP per 12-hour shift

**Compensation**
- Rates: Submit at best rate
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage reimbursed
