**Why This Role**
- Full-time locums needed to support a new clinic
- Focus on establishing care and serving new patients in the community
- Opportunity to join a growing Hem/Onc program with long-term potential
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 12/01/2025
- End Date: 06/01/2026
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p; weekend call 1:6 (24-hour beeper call)
- Patients per Day: 10–14 clinic visits
- Call Response: 20 minutes
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active WA license or IMLC
- Clean record
**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Outpatient Hem/Onc care, including new and follow-up visits
- Call: Beeper coverage, primarily consults and follow-ups
- Support: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 APP, 3 office staff
- Beds in Department: 6
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
