* Located in Golden Valley - 8 miles from Minneapolis
* Part Time 0.8 FTE, permanent position
* WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm
Clinic is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a busy neurology practice with a primary focus on general neurology, dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Master’s degree from Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with certification and current license required.
* 5 years of experience ideally in geriatric primary care, general neurology, or similar specialty.
* Previous experience working with patients with neurocognitive issues.
* Must possess excellent clinical skills and be able to function with a high level of autonomy.
* Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; and possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with electronic health records required.

Comprised of approximately 70 healthcare providers, MCN employs over 230 people in five locations throughout the Twin Cities area.
