  • 7 am - 7 pm rounding shifts with potential 3 pm - 1 am swing or 11 am - 7 pm admitting shifts
  • Admitting shift averages 10 admits -- rounding shift averages 17 patients per day
  • Minimum 7 shifts per month required
  • ICU admissions required -- open ICU model
  • Code response required -- respiratory team handles intubations
  • No procedures required -- intensivist manages ICU
  • Ongoing coverage opportunity
  • We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
  • We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
  • We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
  • Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
