- Average Cases: ~10 per day

- Support: Full ancillary staff, hemodialysis access available
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified / FACS
- Active OH license (no exceptions)
- DEA
- BLS, ACLS
- Availability for listed dates

**Clinical Details**
- Vascular Surgery: Aneurysm repairs (thoracic, abdominal, peripheral), vascular access devices, AV shunts, open surgical reconstruction for deep vein occlusions
- Endovascular: Carotid artery stenting, bypass surgery, aortofemoral bypass, stenting, reconstruction for venous occlusions
- Endovascular Therapy: Peripheral artery disease, gangrene of limbs
- Treatment of lymphedema

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed (flight, hotel, rental car, mileage)
