**Requirements**
- Board Eligible or Certified
- Active IN license
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS
- Clean malpractice and background

**Clinical Details**
- Specialty: Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- Coverage for assigned patients only
- Standard IR procedures as credentialed
- No resident or APP supervision required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
