**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 10/15/2025
- End Date: 10/17/2025
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24-hour call (8a–8a)
- Deliveries: ~23–30 per month
- Setting: Inpatient hospital with family birthing center
- EMR: Cerner
- Support: Anesthesiologists (on-call after hours/weekends), general surgery, OB/GYNs, family medicine OB, pediatricians, respiratory therapists
- Trauma Level: Not rated

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN or BE (within 5 years)
- Active CA license
- DEA
- Clean malpractice preferred
- Availability for specified dates
- Must provide case/procedure logs per credentialing standards
- Completion of EMR training modules and proctoring requirements

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, high- and low-risk pregnancy care
- Gynecology: General surgical GYN procedures (logs required)
- Proctoring:
- OB: 2 observed deliveries (1 must be a C-section if privileges granted)
- GYN: 3 observed cases (including hysteroscopy, laparoscopic, and open laparotomy)
- Retrospective review of 3 months minimum

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed (lodging preferred at local hotels)
