**Full-time Advanced Practitioner Opportunity – Orthopedics**
**Orthopedic Experience Preferred **
Requirements
• NP with RNFA or PA required
• Orthopedic experience preferred
Contract (2 years)
• Vacation: 29 PTO days; +5 days when producing at 75th percentile wRVUs
• CME/Books & Journals: 5 PTO days + up to $5,000 allowance
• Deferred Compensation: 457b plan, up to IRS limit ($23,500/year, pre-tax) – no match
• Retirement/Savings: 403b plan, up to IRS limit ($23,500 under 50; $31,000 over 50); employer match dollar-for-dollar up to 2% of base pay
• Relocation: $10,000 (paid to moving company)
• Malpractice: Claims-made coverage, $2M per claim / $6M aggregate
• Health Insurance: Employee pays small premium (payroll deducted)
• Non-Compete: 70-mile, 2-year restriction or liquidated damages (1 year salary)
• Bonus Incentives: Up to 10% of salary
Practice Information
• Multiple clinic locations
• Office hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–5:00, Fri 8:00–12:00
• Team includes collaborating physician, PA, LPNs, surgical educator, scheduler, x-ray techs, scribes, orthopedic tech
• Patient load: 15–30 per day
• Equipment: Cast saw, X-ray
• Procedures: Joint injections, aspirations, pin removals
• Practice expectations: Prior orthopedic experience preferred
