Job Details:

* Shift options: 12- and 24-Hour Shifts - Shifts run on the 8's (36-hour shifts are allowed on an approval basis after the provider has been working at the facility for a length of time)
* Annual 9,500 (includes the Urgent Care)
* EMR is EPIC
* Second Coverage: Convenience Care covered by APP 12p-8p Sat/Sun - May have conveniences care on additional days

Job Requirements:

* ACLS, BLS, ATLS or CALS w/trauma module, and PALS. Two Hours of informal stroke certification is also required (proof of education hours is needed - this would be a certificate of continuing education hours)
* Boards Accepted: ABEM, ABFM, ABIM (Only if they have ER experience or PEDS experience) & ABPS (Specially Boards)
* MN License required
* COVID-19 vaccination required
* Stroke certifications required
