**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 11/24/2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Clinic Schedule:
- Mon–Thurs 8a–5p (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Fri 7:30a–5p (times may vary)
- Call Schedule:
- 7–10 days per month, including weekends
- Weekday clinic weeks include daily clinic plus night call
- Weekend call is 24-hour coverage
- Patients per Shift: 16+
- Beds in Department: 6
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Support: 2 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 office staff
- Trauma Level: III

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active CA license
- ACLS
- Active Fluoroscopy certification required (will be verified)
- Two years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty
- Case logs required for presentation
- Gaps >3 months must be explained
- Clean file required for temporary privileges

**Clinical Details**
- General Urology: Adult required; Pediatric preferred
- Required:
- Advanced endoscopic techniques
- Laparoscopic surgeries
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical cystectomy
- Radical prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy
- Prostatectomy
- Renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Preferred: Pediatric, adrenalectomy, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL

**Compensation**
Rates: Facility is accepting bids
Malpractice: Provided
Travel: Lodging allowance
