• Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm
• EEG interpretation required
• Experience with Botox and DBS programming required
• Focus on movement disorders and cognitive disorders
• Specialized in adult onset cognitive disorders and dementias
• Alzheimer's care experience needed
