**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Call: Beeper call, 1:4 rotation (nights and weekends, no post-call day off)
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- EMR: Cerner
- ORs: 3–6
- Equipment: Drager anesthesia machine, Omnicell medication dispensing
- Trauma Level: IV
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: 60 days

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Accepting any state license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean malpractice and background

**Clinical Details**
- General anesthesia (adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma)
- OB anesthesia (including epidural and spinal)
- Regional anesthesia
- Ventilation management
- Neurosurgical cases (head and spine)
- Elective cases including intubation and IV placement
- No cardiac, complex vascular, thoracic, or complete ortho cases

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
