**Locums | CRNA | Hospital Based | No Call | Maywood, IL**
**Why This Role**
- Flexible shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with no call required
- High-volume, diverse surgical case mix in a Level I trauma setting
- Collaborative environment with anesthesiologist supervision and highly trained OR staff
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: December 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule:
- 7a–5p or 7a–7p (preferred)
- May consider 7a–3p
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime not required, but extra shifts available if desired
- Setting: Hospital based
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Yes, required
- Estimated Credentialing: 90–120 days
- Trauma Level: I
- Patient Age Demographic: All ages (CRNAs typically do not care for patients under age 2)
**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Active IL license (or willing to obtain)
- ACLS, BLS
- Must be local to Illinois
- Clean malpractice and background
**Clinical Details**
- General adult surgical cases
- Regional anesthesia
- Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Minor and plexus nerve blocks
- Ventilation management (OR only)
- Neurosurgical cases included
- Supervised practice model with anesthesiologists
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Local only (mileage reimbursed)
