Nurse Practitioner Nephrology

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with experience or certification in nephrology to join our healthcare team in Upland, California. This role offers a weekday schedule with occasional travel to nearby clinics. The NP will provide specialized and primary care to adult and geriatric patients, focusing on kidney disease management and chronic condition care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nephrology-focused and general adult/geriatric care
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic diseases
• Order/interpret labs and prescribe medications
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease and prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document in EMR

Requirements:

• MSN with active NP and RN licenses in California
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 1+ year of nephrology experience or certification required
• 2+ years NP clinical experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $132,756 – $165,945 annually + bonus eligibility
