• Mon/Wed: 9am - 7pm, Tue/Thu/Fri: 9am - 5pm with one hour lunch daily
• 3 - 4 patients per hour
• Integrated pain management and injury care setting
• Focus on geriatric care, workers comp, and sports medicine cases
• Experience with injections required
• Non-opioid pain management approach
• Hospital privileges required
• Urgent care experience needed
