**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: November 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing, with perm potential
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call (no call during locums; perm role includes 1 week every 6–8 weeks)
- Schedule: Outpatient clinic plus inpatient consults when on call
- Setting: Free-standing cancer center with inpatient coverage as needed
- EMR: Epic
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric
- Average Daily Volumes:
- Outpatient: 25 patients/day
- Inpatient (when on call): 20 patients/day
- Tumor Board: Required participation
- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing: 60 days

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Active SC license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS
- DEA
- Must be submitted to both designated job requisitions

**Clinical Details**
- Manage hematology (65%) and oncology (35%) patient mix
- Bone marrow transplant management
- Blood bank involvement
- Order and interpret imaging and tests
- Prescribe and oversee chemotherapy (administered by nurse oncologists)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
