- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call (option for call-only available)
- Schedule:
- Clinic 7:00am–5:00pm
- Night Call 5:00pm–7:00am
- Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing:
- Hospital: 45–60 days
- Payer enrollment: 90–120 days
- Patient Volumes: 2–5 per day
- Adult patients only

**Coverage Dates**
- Oct 24 (5am) – Nov 3 (9am)
- Nov 10 (7am) – Nov 14 (5pm)
- Nov 24 (7am) – Nov 27 (5pm)
- Dec 1 (12pm) – Dec 5 (5pm)
- Dec 8 (7am) – Dec 19 (5pm)
- Dec 22 (7am) – Dec 26 (5pm)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active Indiana license (IMLC accepted)
- ACLS
- DEA with Indiana address + CDS certification
- Robotics training highly preferred (must note at submission)
- Availability for any/all posted dates (list at submission)

**Clinical Details**
- General adult urology procedures required
- Inpatient and outpatient coverage
- Call responsibilities include inpatient consults and emergency cases

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
