**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: October 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: Beeper call, 30-minute response
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: eCW & MedHost
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~7 days
- Patient Volumes: ~2 per shift
- Beds in Department: 16
- Trauma Level: IV
- Support Staff: 2 RNs

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Tennessee license
- Enrollment in TN Medicaid/Medicare required
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Laser certification required
- Clean background and NPDB

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low- and high-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- OB ultrasound (Level I & II)
- Vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Decision-making and performance of C-sections
- Complicated deliveries: breech, multiple births, abruptions
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Gynecology:
- Open and laparoscopic surgery (tubal ligation, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA’s)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
