**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: March 31, 2026
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule:
- Three 13-hour shifts per week (7:00am–8:00pm or 7:00pm–8:00am)
- Includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Setting: Inpatient – HVI Critical Care Unit
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required (no IMLC accepted)
- Estimated Credentialing: 60–90 days
- Patient Volumes: 8–12 per shift
- Beds in Department: 30
- Trauma Level: I
- Support Staff: 2 APPs

**Requirements**
- Board Certified NP or PA in Critical Care/Intensivist specialty
- Active Pennsylvania license (IMLC not accepted)
- ACLS, BLS
- Minimum 2 years’ critical care cardiac ICU experience
- Expertise managing VA/VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant patients
- Clean background for privileging

**Clinical Details**
- Daily rounding, admissions, patient management, order entry, post-op care
- Procedures:
- Arterial lines
- Central lines
- Swan-Ganz catheter
- IABP removal
- Advanced cardiac device management: ECMO (VA/VV), Impella, LVAD
- Intensivist-guided ICU practice

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
