- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing: ~30 days
- Beds: 17 total (12 postpartum, 5 birthing suites)
- Nursery: Level II
- Delivery Volume: 746 deliveries last year
- Support: Midwives take call and deliver their own patients

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active Kentucky license (IMLC accepted with active LOQ)
- BLS
- DEA
- COVID vaccination preferred
- Must be able to cover any listed dates (no exceptions)

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Vaginal and low forceps deliveries
- Decision-making and performance of C-sections
- Complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.)
- VBACs
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
