• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Average 20 patients per day -- 10 patients per 4-hour session
• Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
• Pediatric through geriatric patient population
• EMR: Epic
• Experience with pain management and addiction medicine required
• Same-day chart completion expected during clinic hours
• 3 years primary care experience required -- recent outpatient setting
