• 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available -- weekends not required
• 5 patients per shift average -- blocks and procedures required
• Cross-credentialing at multiple facilities for coverage
• General anesthesia for adults -- neuro/spine, ortho, vascular procedures
• Independent practice -- peripheral nerve block experience required
• Call ratio 1:5 with 30 minute response time
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• One year minimum CRNA experience required

From $160.00 to $230.00 hourly
