**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: April 1, 2026
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: Beeper call, 30-minute response time
- Call Ratio: 5–7
- Setting: Inpatient urology service
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~60 days
- Trauma Level: I
- Patient Load: 2–3 per shift, average 2 admissions
- Support Staff: RNs and office staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Urology
- Active California license
- PALS certification
- Proficiency in emergency urology care in a trauma environment
- Preference for clean malpractice history and robotic training

**Clinical Details**
- Required: General urology, inpatient call coverage
- Preferred: Broad procedural skill set including endoscopy, laparoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, incontinence procedures, and lithotripsy
- Pediatric and neonatal urology experience preferred
- Robotically trained candidates strongly preferred

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
