**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–5p; 2–3 call days per week plus weekend call rotation every 10 weeks
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Required (no temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: 60–90 days
- Call: Beeper, 15-minute response time
- Patient Volumes: TBD
- Support Staff: Oncology nurses, nurse navigators, psychosocial support staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Active Oklahoma license or IMLC accepted
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Case logs required with submission
- Full-time availability strongly preferred

**Clinical Details**
- Patient care includes exams, treatment administration, supportive care planning, symptom management, and monitoring
- Consults for new hematology and oncology referrals
- Participation in hospital rounds and call coverage
- Access to infusion center, genetic counseling, survivorship care, and multidisciplinary oncology services

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
