JOB REQUIREMENTS
 • Licenses: Active California medical license required
 • Board: Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
 • DEA: Required
 • Certifications: BLS required
 • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience required
 • Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 • Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
 • Manage daily patient volume of 10–15 per day
 • Perform standard primary care procedures
 • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff for patient care delivery
 • Ensure documentation in Cerner EMR and maintain compliance with facility standards
