- Coverage Type: Clinic Only
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8a–4:30p (lunch included in shift); no OT
- Setting: Outpatient cardiology clinic
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Not required (payor credentialing only)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~30 days
- Patient Volumes: ~13 per day
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs

**Requirements**
- PA or NP Board Certified in Cardiology
- Active Oregon license
- Active Oregon DEA required
- At least 2 years of cardiology experience

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient consults and follow-up care for cardiology patients
- No inpatient or call coverage required
- Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff for continuity of care

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
