**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: Sporadic coverage in 2025; full-time need starting January 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
- Call: 5p–8a (unrestricted if able)
- Weekend Call: 1 in 4 rotation
- Setting: Inpatient psychiatry
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing: ~3 months
- Patient Load: ~12 per day
- Beds in Department: 27
- Group Composition: 5 psychiatrists, 6 APPs
- Resident Supervision: Not required, but NP supervision included
- Referral Sources: Local EDs in Muskegon and Grand Rapids
- Safety: Staff duress system and 24/7 on-site security

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Michigan license or IMLC/LOQ
- BLS (required)
- Must be available to cover full-time beginning January 2026 (no exceptions)

- Adults only (no pediatric patients)

**Compensation**
