**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: October 10, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Urgent Dates Needed: October 10–13, 2025
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24-hour call; routine patient rounding included in daily rate
- Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Paragon
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~90 days
- Patient Load: ~10 patients per shift
- Beds in Department: 15
- Support Staff: 1 MA, 2 APPs, 2 office staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active North Carolina license and DEA (required for urgent dates)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean background preferred

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low-risk pregnancy (required)
- High-risk pregnancy (preferred)
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE) required
- OB ultrasounds: Level I & II required
- Amniocentesis required
- Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for C-section required
- Complicated deliveries: C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions required
- VBACs preferred
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations required
- Gynecology:
- Surgical gynecology preferred (open, laparoscopic, operative/major cases)
- Office/minor gynecology not required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
