**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP

- Coverage Type: No Call (shift-based)
- Schedule:
- Weekdays: 7a–5p (day), 4p–8a (evening/night)
- Weekends: 7a–7p (day), 7p–7a (night)
- 24-hour shifts also available
- Setting: Inpatient NICU
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required (no temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: 60–120 days
- Patient Load: ~10 patients per shift
- Beds in Department: 56
- Support Staff: 20–22 RNs, 2–3 APPs, 1 office staff
- Trauma Level: I

**Requirements**
- Board Certified NP/PA in Neonatology
- Active Pennsylvania license (preferred; open to candidates actively applying)
- BLS, PALS, additional certifications as required
- Orientation required (3 weekday shifts, 2 evening/night, 2 weekend shifts with PSH APP)
- Must complete:
- Online EMR training (~4h45m) prior to start
- Transport orientation: 2 online courses + 45m in-person at Life Lion hangar

**Clinical Details**
- Level IV NICU (56 beds, high acuity)
- APPs lead daily patient care in collaboration with physicians
- 5–6 APPs staffed on days; 2–3 on evenings/nights/weekends
- Must be able to participate in both ground and air transport after orientation
- Required procedures:
- PICC lines
- UVC/UAC lines
- Chest tubes
- Lumbar punctures
- Intubations

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
