**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Preferred: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Open to M–F with rotating weekend coverage
- Weekend Call: 1:5 rotation
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing: ~1 month
- Patient Population: Adults only
- Practice Composition:
- 3 physicians
- 4 radiation oncologists
- 5 full-time APPs

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
- Active NY license
- ACLS (required)
- Must be comfortable covering 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology

**Clinical Details**
- 50% hematology / 50% oncology case mix
- Mix of inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic
- Community hospital setting with full cancer care services
- Radiation oncology and APP support available on-site

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
