Emergency Medicine Physician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team serving patients at Montefiore Westchester Square and Mount Vernon in Bronx, NY. This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative, well-supported environment while maintaining the autonomy to make independent clinical decisions.

Position Highlights:

• Team: Eight physicians and seven advanced practice providers
• Sites: Montefiore Westchester Square and Mount Vernon
• Coverage Model: Single-physician coverage to promote focused and independent patient care
• Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor $265 – $290 per hour, based on shift

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine (with emergency medicine experience)
• 2025 residency graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
