- 40 low-risk deliveries per month
- Mix of clinic coverage, call coverage, and OR block time
- C-sections, D&C, laparoscopic tubals, and ectopic procedures required
- High-risk cases transferred to tertiary care centers
- Ongoing coverage potential
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
